Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV)
1. Object
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Rallye (operated by Nicolas Teysseyre), publisher of the Rallye service, and any natural or legal person (the "Customer") wishing to subscribe to the Rallye service.
2. Service Description
Rallye is a web application designed for tennis coaches, offering the following features:
- Season and training session planning
- Interactive tennis canvas for exercises and tactics
- Player tracking and progress notes
- Match tracking and debriefs
- Tablet-optimized interface for on-court use
3. Subscription and Pricing
Price: €29.99 per month (excluding taxes) for unlimited access to all features.
Free Trial: First month free for all new subscriptions.
Payment: Payment is made by credit card via Paddle, a secure payment platform.
Renewal: The subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled by the customer.
4. Cancellation
The customer can cancel their subscription at any time from the settings interface. Cancellation takes effect immediately. Upon cancellation, the account and all associated data (sessions, players, matches, objectives, canvas) are permanently deleted.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Refund
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from the subscription date. Given the free trial period of 30 days, customers can test the service without financial commitment. Refund requests must be made by email to crssoweb@gmail.com.
6. Data Deletion
Upon subscription cancellation, all customer data is permanently and irreversibly deleted within 48 hours maximum.
7. Limitation of Liability
The publisher makes every effort to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the service, but cannot be held responsible for any temporary or permanent interruptions, loss of data, or any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
8. CGV Modification
The publisher reserves the right to modify these CGV at any time. Customers will be informed of any modification by email. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new CGV.
9. Applicable Law
These CGV are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after unsuccessful amicable resolution attempt, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent French courts.
