Refund Policy
Free Trial Period
Rallye offers a 30-day free trial period for all new subscriptions. During this period, you can freely explore all features without any financial commitment. No payment is required during the trial period.
Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with the Consumer Code and European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the subscription date to request a full refund of your first payment (after the trial period). This right allows you to test the service with no risk.
Refund Procedure
To request a refund within the 14-day period:
- Send an email to crssoweb@gmail.com indicating your request for refund and account cancellation.
- Include your full name and email address associated with your Rallye account.
- We will process your request within 48 hours and initiate the refund.
Refund Delay
The refund is made to your original payment method (credit card) within 5 to 10 business days after validation of your request, depending on your bank's processing times.
Exceptions
No refund can be granted after the 14-day withdrawal period. In this case, you can cancel your subscription at any time, but already paid amounts will not be refunded. Your account will remain active until the end of the paid period.
